Our mission is to provide a holistic approach to healing. We see therapy as a collaborative relationship between the client and therapist. We believe that healing happens in the mind, body and soul. We value alternative approaches to healing and wellness and strive to be creative in session with clients. We use mindfulness, guided meditation and other spiritual-based modalities to strengthen a sense of safety and calm. We aim to facilitate the internal connection with our most compassionate, wise and intuitive self so that we can be guided towards deeper healing and growth.
