Kilee Luthi
Clinical Mental Health Counselor · CMHC
“Therapy is about you — your values, needs, goals, and desires in life.”
ABOUT KILEE
Hi! My name is Kilee (she/her), and I graduated in 2023 from my master’s program in clinical mental health counseling (CMHC). I am passionate about helping others heal and am excited to get to know you.
I believe therapy is about you — your values, needs, goals, and desires in life — and I am here to cheer you on and provide insight and support as needed. While I have professional experience and education, you are the expert on and author of your life.
HOW I WORK
I treat therapy as a team effort where we can explore current happenings in your life, circumstances that have shaped you, wounds that need healing, patterns in your life, and so much more.
Because we are all unique humans, I try to cater my therapy to my clients’ individual needs. My core base is person-centered therapy, and I help people get in touch with and connect their mind and body.
Person-centered therapy
Therapy built around your values, needs, goals, and desires.
Somatic processing
Helping people connect their mind and body.
CBT & ACT
Practical tools to support insight, healing, and change.
IFS-informed care
IFS-informed, trauma-informed, and psychodynamic support.
WHO I WORK WITH
I work closely with LGBTQIA+ individuals, adult-diagnosed neurodivergence, teens, young adults, depression, anxiety, navigating life transitions, and chronic illness.
My experience has ranged from working with individuals from ages 8 to their 70s, and I also have experience working with couples.
OUTSIDE THERAPY
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time being goofy with my kids, playing board and card games, creating art, reading, exploring coffee shops, getting out in nature, and writing.
