WHO I WORK WITH
I provide therapy for children (ages 10+) and adults, specializing in the treatment of anxiety, OCD, and life transitions, including entering college, marriage or divorce, faith transitions, parenthood, and more.
I also have extensive experience supporting clients with depression, trauma, grief and loss, and chronic pain or illness. As someone with lived experience of chronic health concerns, I bring added empathy and insight to this work.
BACKGROUND
As a clinician, I stay actively engaged in ongoing learning, drawing from leading research and literature in psychology and personal development to inform my work.
I am a Utah native, having grown up in the Salt Lake Valley, and my husband and I are now raising two children here as well. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, reading, baking, and getting outside as much as possible.
